Hi, Ray - any more to say about how the 428 engine works in a Q-40? I've just stuffed one into the front end of an AR-6 and will give it a shot when things thaw out up here on the frozen tundra.

and without removable tails? The Sportubes I've looked at are a bit small to accommodate the non-removable V-tail on a Quik-V (15-1/2") - The largest Sportube is 14-1/2" wide. Do you pack starting gear and small tool boxes in the same container as aircraft or use a separate box?

I would like some advice on containers, packing and procedures for shipping airplanes and related equipment to a race such as in Phoenix this coming January and February.
