I don’t remember who the gentleman is that’s on the far left back row. However I do know that none of these planes were painted in the mold and that they all had wood propellers. I wonder if the less work of carving propellers and painting airplanes coincides with our weight gain?

This is very good news. But also a sad reality that the builders are vanishing and very few new racers are willing to learn building techniques. Instant gratification is a disease that has destroyed our hobby. We need our shop teachers back!
