For those of you who can attend, please make all effort to do so. If we have a good outcome, I'm hoping the club will consider making this an annual event.

I understand. Unfortunately, this was all I could get with the Houston club. I will do my best to avoid overlap next year.
Either way, I don't expect it to impact either race significantly.

I almost forgot, I also owe Dub Jett a big thank you. As he regularly does, at the beginning of the contest, Dub offered up a 426 engine for the top points earner for the weekend.
