EF 2 is way over due!

I am paid for 2022 and I am 100% in support of the NMPRA and AMA.

BUT....Where exactly does it state in the NMPRA ByLaws or AMA Competition Regulation that you must be an NMPRA Member at the time of the contest to have the points awarded?

If you went to a contest, entered on the AMA form and your name was loaded into the matrix, why would the points not be on the list? I get the 5 pilots for AMA to consider it a contest, but if only 3 show up, the NMPRA can't track the points? Section 4.5 of the AMA Competition Regulations for Pylon ...
