Below are pictures showing how to make the wire loop used in an engine kill.
The bit used was 9/64" and makes the correct sized loop for the shutoff

A flat area was made for the installation of the receiver/gyro.
Begin by cutting out a piece of balsa for the receiver.
Level the fuselage and then sand the balsa until it is relatively level.
Mix epoxy and attach.
I used a string level to verify and adjust for level.

A z-bend was added to the pushrod. It was test fitted.
Remove items, then apply Shoe Goo to the tray and reinstall. Make sure the servo and rudder are centered and allow the glue to dry.

I waited until the following morning to allow the Shoe Goo to dry. A hole was cut for the servo and it was mounted. The 1 1/4" x 6-32 bolts were installed from the bottom of the wing. The servo will be mounted on the left hand side of the wing. The servo horn should be located approximately 15 cm back from the leading edge of the wing.
Shoe Goo is used to attach the tray underneath the wing sheeting. CA will also work but has less vibration resistance.

Below are more pictures on the tank installation.
Double sided Velcro supports the rear of the tank. The tank should be as high as practical.
My second model is equipped with a Tettra tank. The last picture show that installation.

The hole was enlarged to fit loosely around the fuel tubing. This helps keep the fuselage side from cutting the tubing. No grommets are required if the hole is loose.

I followed by fitting the remote needle valve assembly in the mount. My goal was to be able to tighten the packing nut without removing the engine. Below are pictures showing one way to do it.
