The final layers are on the fuselage halves. Monday will be the day of truth. I did not go real thick on these, but they are as thick as the female molds.

I shot video of the demolding of the Rivets male molds from the females. It will be a very short video because I had no problems whatsoever. However, some people like to see the birth of new plane parts.

I missed the surface coat in some areas, nut that will not be a problem. I only had a few tiny chips in the wing fillets and tail fillets.

The original molds are just the same as they were before I started. No chips, no sticking, just have to remove the Scotch tape over the screw holes to hold the halve together.

I did not want to depend on matching up the bold holes. What I do when molds don't have registration mechanisms if make two fuselage halves, and sand them in the mold with masking tape to protect the molds. Then I tape the part halves together and CA them. Then put the joined fuselage back in the molds and drill the screw holes.
