Post by twitte »

All,

This topic will serve as the information spot for the 2021 AMA Pylon Nationals. The Nationals will be held from June 20th through June 25th. Below is the spread of the events by day and the processing days. We would like to have a banquet this year. It will now be on Tuesday evening. If this change of the day causes a problem and you cannot attend, I will refund all monies paid during registration, for the banquet.

Once again this year, the big tent will be at the Nats. The tent will be in the same place, over the blacktop.

The attached picture represents the tent layout for 2021.

B1-B9 is for Dub Jett

C1-C9 is for Mike Langlois

Each spot represents a 10x10 space. First to respond gets the spot.

NOTE: A minimum cost of $20 ($10 per person or if a single $20) per 10 X 10 spot is required. This payment needs to given to me on site.

Pop up land will be open to all to install their own tents as it has in the past. With the exception of where Tom Scott normally sit. Tom occupy the first spots closest to the secondary road that leads to the Porta-Johns and gravel parking lot. Both are in the front, this area will be marked Thursday morning and any spots cannot be taken until I mark Tom's spot.

Tom,

The early date is so that the AMA pylon can be in conjunction with the FAI World Championships. And to be able to have 3 weeks of pylon, the AMA had to be creative with the schedule and move us to the end of June and into July.

Does everyone realize that 6/20 is Father’s Day? That might pose a problem for some of us.

2021 AMA Pylon Nats registration online has an entry listed "Banquet" $25. I didn't see anything on this year's Nats schedule (in the first post of this thread) that has a banquet listed. Is there going to be a banquet this year, and if so, which day, so I know whether to sign us up for that or not?
Thanks,
Bob

Bob & All,

We have had the thought to have a banquet this year. It would be on Monday evening. Having the banquet will depend heavily on the current state of affairs at the time. Please sign up for it, if you wish. If I decide that we will not have the banquet, I will refund everyone's money at the Nationals or via check, if you end up not coming.
