The team at OJA was busy this past weekend getting for the Champ Race laying a new tarp. Where else can you pit inside the 40 by 60 barn! Trey, Robert, Dean, Matt and me getting it ready. Steven doing the tractor work.

It's been a great "team" effort to get everything ready under Trey's supervision. The site is looking fantastic and only needs fast pilots and planes. We look forward to seeing all of you soon.

Champ Race weather: Hurricane Ian has passed through Liberty, NC with little or no damage to the area. The Champ Race weekend forecast is very good, 68 to 72 degrees, 3 to 5 mph winds and mostly sunny. This should make for very fast flying conditions. This is going to be a great contest.
