We had some wind on Friday, but the weather on Saturday and Sunday was perfect. We extended practice on Saturday morning to make up for the time lost on Friday. Everyone looked ready to go by 9am.
The contest ran smoothly and we finished by 4pm on both days. The members of both the Woodland Club and the Sacramento Club helped tremendously with keeping the contest moving at a quick pace.
We had some great racing both days with some very close heats.
Congratulations to Brian Richmond for sweeping the contest in both 426 and Q40. He dropped only one point for both classes all weekend.
