Pylon Lighting and Timing Equipment:

The following message is from Tom Melsheimer:

Better late than never!
As promised, the PLATE design (software, hardware schematics/PCB's and mechanical) are available. For now, I will put all of it on a USB drive (>5Gb) supplied by you. Just mail me a USB drive with a postage paid return envelope:

Tom Melsheimer
108 Wintergreen Hill Dr.
Painesville, OH 44077

In the not too distant future, this will be available on Github, just don't have the time right now to set it up.

The files supplied contain everything used to create the PLATE system used at:
2022 World Championships
2022 NATs
Several regional CAPS races (2020, 2021and 2022).

I am redesigning the PCB's to simplify assembly and reduce the cost to make. Several of the enclosures will be redesigned to be 3D printed. These new versions will be used at the 2023 Pylon Racing School (PRS) and subsequent CAPS/NMPRA/NATs reces. These new versions will be available on Github.
