Hallo racers from the past who can tell me the rpm and the size of the prop on a Nelson q15 engine?

Nelson .15; Rev Up 7"X5" and 7"X6" cut down to 6" diameter. Also similar carbon fiber props. 23,000 to 25,000 rpm's.
