Best way to fully sheet built-up wings ???

I'm going to be fully sheeting some EF1 and Mini Warbird wings, and maybe a Club 40 Racer wing.
I'm looking for the best way to glue the sheeting on.
You have to get glue all over the ribs and other parts that come into contact with the sheeting. If you try to do this with yellow glue or thick CA, I would think it would dry out too fast.
So I have thought about using laminating epoxy brushed on the ribs, spare, and structure, and then vacuum bagging it at a low level like 2-3 Hg.
I'm looking for tried and true, or even just sometimes used methods.
