NTM prop drive not sk3

Is the HK NTM prop drive 3542 1250 legal.
As the SK series seems to be discontinued

No unfortunately, this is not approved.

Hobby King recently had a motor approved. However, this motor is not released and we have no additional details on when it will be released.
