EF-1 At Mulberry March

Post by Dale 813 »

Would like an idea on how many people would Race EF-1 at Mulberry in March if it we're Run. It would be added to 424 & 426 on Sat. There would be nothing taken away. There seemed to be interest in it. So if you think you'd be Racing this class along with whatever else. Please post here.

Only if you cannot get the minimum amount of entries. I will have my EF1 in the truck, maybe two.

That's Awesome James. I just started messing with EF-1's. It will be my first EF-1 Race. I'm getting her Dialed in Now. I put one in the ground a couple weeks ago. Forgot to take it off high Rates. When I pulled at #1. You know what happened next. :D

Dale, I can only guess that it did a cool snap roll. I was racing at OJA with my Shoestring and it did the snap roll thing on lap 5 at turn one. Lucky for me that it snapped to the right. It turned 180 degrees inverted going away from me. Didn't crash, but it gave me a scare.

Yep. It went left then right. And it hit the ground right side up at about a 70 degree angle. Everything survived. Servos,ESC and motor. I could rebuilt the plane with a new a Fuse and cowl but for that price, I can just about get a new plane. I bought one shoestring on eBay for $95 OTD. I have two now.
