Open the prize
Now it is time to open the prize. Take out all of the bolts,and open the mold and clean off all the extra flange you do not need. And wash out the the PVA.
Now I will make a cut out for the wing.First I will lay out what I need out.
Then start by drilling alot of 1/8" holes all the way around. Then do the clean up the to layout lines.

Time to wax the new mold about 3 to 5 time to I think it feels right. Then PVA the mold and let dry.
Time to fill it up and make parts
