Proud Bird II wing fillets

Are the proud bird II wing fillets necessary and or required. If so what have others used to glue then on with. Thanks

The PB2 was approved without fillets. Your choice to add or not. When added previously, CA, or Silicone, or shoe goo could be used to attach to the fuse. Maybe the Proud Bird instructions from GP are online somewhere.
