I hope someone can help
I can't seem to print anything in the race software
I says missing HTML file
Is it the way I installed it
Can't seem to figure it out.

Make sure you have an html folder inside the nmpraRace folder on your c:\ drive. This is where the program puts the printable files. The program gives you a choice to print the file now or put it in the html folder and then print from there.
