This thing looks like NOS to me. If it's used, it's very little.
Looking online, new ones of these range from 330 to 500 bucks, depending on seller. You can have this excellent torque screwdriver for 150 bucks shipped to the US.
I have two, don't need both.

Edited to add: 6 to 36 inch lbs torque range, uses 1/4" hex bits. Useful for engine assembly screws, glow plugs, etc.
