Here is the message from Jim Gager:

I can't begin to express how much receiving this means to me. Pylon racing was the love of my life for at least 25 years and probably more if I could accurately remember when I stopped racing. And while there were times I disagreed with NMPRA, it was and is the best thing going in modeling. There are still races and people that come to my mind, unbidden usually, but they are pleasant and fondly remembered. I hope everyone is and can enjoy the hobby as much as I have. Thank you Lee for doing such a nice job on the trophies and award. After receiving the award, I can still see in my mind the maiden flight that was made at a 1/4 midget 15 race at Rough River, Kentucky so everybody could see where we were headed.

It's always great to get a keeper and this is for sure one of those.

Bryan and I had a blast in California and will definitely be back!

I love that you guys took the time to snap a photo with the trophy at Christmas time. Thanks again to Lee for the follow through on perhaps the best looking trophies we have seen in many years and a big thank you to all those who were able to get out to CA and make it a race to remember.
