TANGERINE IS A GO!!!

I really want to show the club we appreciate them changing their minds and allowing this race to happen. Your attendance and support will make sure they see how much we appreciate it.

To tell 150+ members that the field will be shut down for 3 days is not an easy decision, especially after last years numbers.

Dec 3rd - set-up in the am and then practice
Dec 4th - 426 and 424/Ef1 ( I need at least 3 guys to hold either 424 or Ef1)
Dec 5th - 422 and 424 (need 3 for 424)

Entry fee $45 first event, $40 for second, and $25 for third event.

We will be selling raffle tickets, doing a 50/50, and selling food and drinks. Please plan to support.

Blocks of rooms are a thing of the past. Travelocity does best with hotels with getting the best rate.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT. This race means a lot to me as it was were I first got introduced to pylon and want to keep it going.

I will update the pilots list as needed. Please talk anyone you can into coming out and having some fun in the Florida sun.

Few more quick notes.

1. We will be at the same location as the pits were last year.
2. We will provide transportation Friday afternoon thru the completion of the race.
3. We will have tarps for sale at cost from harbor freight. It will be based on preorders so I will need a headcount the week before. I looked earlier this
week and they were ~$3 each.

We will be racing 424 and EF1 (EF1 only on Saturday) based on the pre entries. We have 5 for 424 and 3 for EF1 if you were holding back and want to race please let me know. Trophies will be based on entries and I need to know very soon.

We just had a sponsor add some excitement to the race. In addition to the trophies there will now be a etched mug with $100 in it for first place in 426 and again in 422. Also, an overall champ for the weekend with most combined points will receive a mug and $100!! Last, but not least there is a 4th mug for something special to be decided.
